This style is one of the best striking arts currently practiced. It is great for street self defense as well as sport and it makes for a great fitness class! 

Every Mauy Thai class offers great cardio and core conditioning while giving you the tools to defend yourself.

This is a class based on fighting technique. You will not just get in better shape by participating in this class, you will be better able to defend yourself should a confrontation arise.

Don't be intimidated! Our school has a strong community based on peer support.This is a kids class! Remember we are a FAMILY school!
